ARBOR DAY TREE PLANTING--Mayor Tom Rowland, members of the Cleveland Tree Board, and others met at the Mouse Creek Greenway walking trail Friday morning to celebrate Arbor Day. Jack McCarty, with the state of Tennessee's Department of Agriculture, forestry division, was on hand to present the city's Tree City USA banner and flag. Cleveland has received the Tree City USA award for 13 consecutive years. The city planted four trees along the greenway to celebrate Arbor Day.
