Beer Board

The Beer Board for the City of Cleveland oversees the issuance of all of the Beer Permits within the corporate limits of Cleveland.  This board also imposes any fines or suspensions to businesses that have not adhered to the City Code as it pertains to Beer Sales. They conduct their meetings on the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm, in the City Council meeting room at 190 Church Street, Cleveland, TN.

 

 

Wrecker Board

 

The purpose of the Wrecker Board is to oversee the rules, regulations, standards, and procedures for wrecker operators who are on the City of Cleveland's rotational call list to remove wrecked, disabled, or immobilized vehicles.

Planning Commission

 

The Cleveland Municipal Planning Commission is a nine-member board appointed by the Mayor. They are instrumental in the creation of plans, policies, and programs to guide the growth and development of Cleveland. Their primary duties are reviewing and approving land subdivision plats, and making recommendations concerning the zoning of property and zoning regulations. Their regular meeting is on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 190 Church Street NE, second floor.
